Zion - Where Friends Become Family

Zion is a small town, Lutheran congregation whose members have a big heart for living and sharing the Gospel! We are a family who proclaims God’s Word, Sings His Praises, and love as we have been loved by Him. If you enjoy singing or just listening as others sing Christian, uplifting music, then come and join your brothers and sisters in worship. If you want to be a part of a Christian, Bible based church, Zion is the home for you. We might be a little congregation, tucked in the middle of Clyman, WI, but we have a big heart for all who join us, and the community we are a part of. We invite you to visit, worship with us, and find out how Zion is good for your soul.

The Link to our July 21, 2024 service.False shepherds, those religious leaders who do not lead, feed or proclaim the true Word of God, starve, cause unrest, and divide God’s children. It was happening in the time of Jeremiah, the time of Christ, and it continues to happen today in the so-called “Christian” churches today, who feel it is more important to be politically correct, than be true to God’s Word! There is only one True word of God, and He calls his children to follow, and be true to it and then believe in the Living Word, Jesus Christ, His Son. Jesus not only provides all that we need to be physically nourished, but all that we need spiritually to overcome this world. May you be blessed by that Living Word, Jesus Christ the Good Shepherd and Savior sent for all. Pastor Dan. ... See MoreSee Less

The Link to our July 14th, Service, the 8th Sunday after Pentecost.www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cgi7pHMTB5gOur readings today point to one person, Christ Jesus our Lord, the Son of God. The Son, His Fathers plumb line all will be judged against. Christ the Living Word, is the standard, the plumb line, we are to measure our lives against, and when we do not measure up to His perfect/plumb life, we are called to repent, be restored and then live in the grace which is shown to us by our Savior and Lord! Through our faith in Christ, we are made plumb, perfect and holy before our God and Father. May you be blessed in your time of worship as you hear how God chose you in His Son, to be His child! Your brothers and sisters in Christ at Zion. ... See MoreSee Less

The link to our SUnday July 7, 2024 service the 7th Sunday after Pentecost.www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJ1pt8lLCJULife is not always easy. Life in and of faith is often less easy. In our readings today we encounter a few people who faced difficulty and challenges amid their godly callings. Ezekiel would be sent to speak the Word of God to a rebellious people who wouldn’t happily receive the message. The apostle Paul would face his own personal struggles with his “thorn . . . in the flesh” (2 Corinthians 12:7) as he brought the Gospel to many on his mission journeys. Jesus Himself would not be welcomed as Savior when He returned to His hometown of Nazareth. Though things were far from easy, God would bless the work that He called His people and His own Son to do. Even in our times of difficulty and challenges living as His people, we are reminded of the same truth from the Lord: “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness” (2 Corinthians 12:9). The link to our Celebration of Freedom, Sunday June 30th.The Spirit of Independence, liberty, and self-determination embodied in the Declaration of Independence continues to resonate with Americans to this day. It serves as a reminder of the hard-fought struggles and sacrifices made by the founding fathers and countless others in their pursuit of freedom. For the freedoms we have as a nation, we give thanks to the many men and women who have, and continue to be willing to put themselves in harms way to protect it and make our freedom possible. As Christians we also know that the blessings our nation enjoys are from the One True God that we believe in, follow, worship, and give thanks to. Our service today reflects our faith as we worship and praise the Almighty God who sustains and makes this land great only as He sees fit to bless it with His presence, protection, and love. May you be blessed by your time in worship, and please take time to Thank God for the Freedoms you have not only as you live in this nation, but the freedom He has given you in His Son, the Lord, Jesus Christ.
